Default timingbelt changed!

Okay, so i got my timingbelt changed, and a new balance shaft for 415bux....Now my car drives so much better. But when i get above 3500rpms, it kinda sounds like a mini turbo. There is a little suction/whistle sound that i hear, is that normal after this kinda tune-up? I was thinking that my intake my be loose or something.

Damn!! I'm having the same problem!!!
I hate that sound. I took mine to a grease monkey that I've known for years. He has his own shop and all,.. but I don't know anymore.
I think maybe the belt was too new or something., but it's been months and it still makes the same sound.

Are you sure all of the black plastic tubing from the air box to the TB is hooked up right? Is the Airbox securly seated in the resonator in the front fender?

The noises your suggest sound just like what the car would do if you removed the reasonator from the intake piping. Is the PDV valve installed correctly?

Im just gonna buy an intercooler and get my turbo front on

Edit: And i checked on my intake, nothing wrong with it at all... The sound doesnt really bother me that much cause the 1200watts of 2 12's drowns it out, but i just wanted to know if i could fix it.

there are 2 posible things. i already experience both. either one belt is too tight or lose and the other is under the car, the big belt needs to be adjusted while the engine is running, this is what fix my sound. under the engine the big belt there is a bolt that needs to be lose more most likely but this is done while the engine is running " you are not touching the belt". this happen when the mechanic puts too much force and tight the bolt too hard. i wish i had taken pics when they fix mine. the bolt is exactly next to the big belt under driver side, is very easy to do. i hope this ur problem and this is the fix. if u show me a picture i can point out exactly what to touch and do. many machanics dont know about this, it took me 3 shops until finally got someone with lots of experience in accords.

bubbu u should trade me ur music for my stock ones
