Stiffer springs and shocks or a complete coilover system. For $500 you could get some good springs and decent shocks...or a smoking deal on some coilovers.

Search the board to see what people are using.

stiffen up the rear? like rear sways, lower tie bar, rear strut bar?

this would improve the turning.

as far as preventing it fromdiving and lifting up, you just need stronger suspension.

Are the rear shocks or springs worn out? MAybe they jsut need replacing. IF the compression damening in the rear or the rebound dampening in the front is too low, the front end will have a tendency to lift more under acceleration. Also if the rear springs are too soft or worn out.

that happened to me when i first boght the car.

the rear shocks were completely out and whenever i went over a bump, i would almost lose control of the steering for a second becuz the rear was floating.

well thats deffinitely not the prob because thats never happened to me, but maybe that is on the way (102,...mi), but the suspension deal sounds good to me. i was jus wondering, having a stiffer suspension, would it cause the car to pin you in the seat more, since all the pressure isnt being absorbed as much by the rear???

ok that sounds good to me, so the coilovers themselves dont stiffen up the ride do they?
