Default d2r 9006 bulb?

Well i just got a new phillips 9006 hid conversion kit that comes with d2r bulbs. I was just wondering if i ever wanted needed or wanted to replace the bulb what kinda bulbs would i get? Is there such a thing as 9006 d2r bulbs or will any d2r's do? Also would it be possible to swap em for d2s bulbs if i wanted? TIA

D2S bulbs are meant for use with HID projectors. D2R bulbs are meant for reflective housings. and if you wanted to get a replacement bulb, you'd have to get them from where you got your hid conversion kit or search for a 9006 rebased D2R HID bulb.

do honda's reflectors support HID's? i think you'll still produce a massive glare.

Depends on how you aim them as well. Or you can make a shield and have a nice cut-off.

well how are you supposed to aim them then if you aim em straight it will produce a big glare without the shield.
