96 Accord Lx Headlight Adjustment

Can anyone tell me the procedure for adjusting the low beam headlights on a 1996 Accord LX sedan which I recently purchased. They seem to be pointing down too low.

Just adjust it with the two screws on the top of headlight one does vert and one does horz
