Why don't you take a ruler and an 8.5x11" sheet of computer paper and measure 4.5 inches, then use a compass to draw a perfect circle around your end points.

guys don't forget that a greddy evo has a 4.5inch tip which is a very popular and high quality exhaust, so not all 4.5 inch tips are rice. if you have a choice of tip size go with the a 4 inch tip though.
