It may not turn heads with guys green with envy, but it wont turn heads by guys thinking it looks ugly either. Its not new, or a newer design, but that doesnt take away from its original design which I think is aging well. I had an 88 Lxi, and I loved it.

 

I had a 86 I liked the look of the ex, which doesnt have a black bumper etc.
treated me good, fully loaded old school style.. Id drive one if I had to.
I never modded it or anything and still turned heads.. course that was back in 96.

I still have a 88 Accord LX-I and it runs good one of the best cars I owned 265,000 and still going.

 

id agree, the 3rd and 4th gens are very reliable cars.

if you get your hands on a accord hatchback, that would be pimp.

 

i saw a cleeeeean ass one before...was an orange tangerine color. youre gonna have to do something drastic to make it look good.
