GO to he Honda website, there should be a customer service 1-800 number.

It's well known that the 2003 7th gen models have had higher than normal issues... most possibly even approaching the initial quality and reliability of even a typical Ford or Chrysler product.

There should be a replacement set of pads available to will prevent the warping problem on the early '03 Accords. It's beleived that the pads were causing the rotors to overheat or not allowing them to cool off properly, possibly dragging while driving.

You should not be paying for these repairs.
