Where is mysterious main relay??
I have a 96 accord 4 cyl non vtec... still trying to find no spak issue... Another mechanic told me to replace the relay under the driver side dash... I work at an auto part store and they say one does not exist, only under the hood...so is there one or not?? Thanks this rent a car is killing me...

if you work at an auto parts store than you should be able to find it easily. you have so many resources ther to even help you out liek the "haynes" book in the computer you have there (you must have somekind of database there) when you are at work i'd try and look at all your resources
