I also have an obx muffler. I was able to get it for $130 with free shipping so it was a pretty good deal. My cousin told me to go apexi or greddy and didn't like the idea of obx much, guess they aren't as high quality. BUT I absolutely love it. I did the piping change also. Not too loud, does not sound cheap, nice deep tone. And the best thing is past 70mph, I barely even know I have one...great for me since i go to school 3 hrs away, it would annoy the sh1t out of me if it was loud the whole way there, just my opinion. =)

Where's a good place to get some OBX stuff? I am not building a racer so name brand doesn't matter too much to me (500+ bucks for minimal power gains does not equate to me). But I would like a nice sounding exhaust...please let me know.

I think that OBX makes quality parts for cheap. (In other words, I'd put some on my car...in fact, i used to...)

But if you're willing to spend the money to get a name brand part and a carb certificate, then by all means upgrade.

Nice sounding exhausts are not cheap. The biggest reason why you should buy name brand is not for power cause there is probably little difference, but for sound and overall quality.
