i can be ALMOST at the empty line and i'll fill up and it'll be 13.2 gallons or so.
4 gallons seems ALOT for a reserve

When my needle is on E and the light has been on for 10 miles, at the pump I'll rock the car and keep clicking the pump until I have gas spilling, I might get 14.5 gallons in. 6gen's have 17.1 gallon tanks, and I'm pretty sure the 5gen's do also.

For a definitive answer, check your manual - your tank capacity should be listed under the fluid capacities section.
