I did a retrofit on a pair of 6th gen TYC headlights last spring. I would avise you to go with some Valeo brand projectors (ECE or DOT) that can be found in audi A4's. These projectors give off great light (ECE especially) and fit in the TYC housings with little modification. The bottom projector mounting holes will actually line up with the stock TYC adjustment screws with a little coaxing. I am very happy with the way mine turned out. Hope this helps!

I have the TYC black housing projector headlamp. Will the audi a4 projectors fit into the base of the TYC headlamp?
