Default Highoutput ALT + ECU Damage

I have a 93 Accord LX 2.2L and the stock alternator is a weak 80A, I'm planning on upgrading the alt. but I'm worry if this will negatively impact the ECU, im sure many of you know how expensive replacing/repairing these things can be . Just curious if a 135A/190A alternator would affect this.

I have never heard of such a thing happening, it has more amps, but as long as it doesnt put out excessive voltage I dont see how it could fry the ecu. Besides there should be a fuse to protect it anyways.

If it comes with a fuse I guess its a little safer, I know I will be also installing a Yellow Top battery for imports, I believe its 14.4V. So I just want to make sure the ECU isn't affected or programmed somehow to only accept certain voltages for the sensors and alternator etc.

When the car is running, all batteries/alternators put out 14.4 volts, so your fine there.

Short version: No, you'll be just fine.
