Default I cant play Burned CDs in my 2000 Accord?

I have a 2000 Accord EX 2dr, I cant play any cd-r / burned cds in the stock cd player... Is there a work around for this, is it a known problem? or is my problem unique? i have tried different types of cd media with no luck.

Thanks

Default cds

I would try using a different cd burning software. I am fully able to play burned cd's in my 99 Accord with the single indash unit and I can load six burned cd's into the changers of the 02 Accord and a TSX and they all work.

what the others said. Make sure you're making -audio- CDs and not data cds first though. Long as you got that right then burn at a slower speed. Burned CDs always worked in my 02 accord.

Certain burnt cds didnt work in my 00 accord. My solution-- buy a quality aftermarket deck. or, try different software, make sure you use good CDRs and make sure the cd is finalized when you burn it.

aftermarket deck is not an option, i dont really like the look of that and do not want to spend that much money on replacing a the oem deck that i like.

first thing, buy quality discs, and try using a different software.
