Default H22a swap from a 2000 Lude

Hey guys, im about to embark on a journey to DOHC lol... :naughty:

Just wanna ask everyone about what they think about the newer generation H22a engines for 2000 model...

This guy in my area wroteoff his Lude and wants to sell the engine to me cheap...

Low kms and all, what would you guys think if i get the OBD2 engine or should i get a older engine with a lil bit higher milage and bolt that one instead...

____

oh forgot to add i have a 94 5th Gen Accord Exi, in the US i think that is the EX version?

Well you have OBD1, so getting an older OBD1 engine would definatley be easier then converting to OBD2, and I've heard better things about OBD1 and swaps. Also, the USDM and JDM Prelude engines are diffrent, the JDM ones are little better I think.

if ur obd1 stick with obd1. Emmissions testing on obd2 are much stricter and converting will be a pain.
