Honda recall

I heard that honda had about 1 million accord recall awhile ago, because of defective ignition switch.(models 1997-99)
is this true?because i have a 96 accord

call your dealer and give them your VIN, they should be able to pull it up if your car was affected... My 97 CL is affected and it needs to be changed...

no symptoms... one day, your car may not start (like my friends prelude) or your ignition may go out on you at any time. i have a 96, but i had the ig lock replaced b/c my car was broken into... i wonder if my car is affected or not....
