Default DIY - How can I Polish / Machine my OEM wheels?

My OEM wheels are painted silver. Is it possible for me to polish or machine these wheels myself? What would I need? Anyone been done this before?

You are better off trying to pick up the 05 V6 wheels, which are 7 spoke but machined.

I did consider the 05 V6 wheels, but I opted for the 03 TL-S wheels which I am patiently awaiting the arrival of. What I am considering is polishing the inner parts of the wheel that are not factory machined.

No, between the spokes, not behind the spokes.

I wouldn't mess with the factory finish, the TL-S wheels look good as is.
