Need more details...or just take it to a dealership. A couple of vauge sentences make it hard for others to try and guess at the problem.

floor it buddy, if you have vtec you'll hear it, sometimes it doesnt come on if oil pressure or temp are too low... so let the car warm up a bit before doing this, and for god sakes make sure there is enough oil in your car

Turn off the A/C. I feel a difference with it off. lol Is it auto or manual?? You might just be forgetting its an accord. Stock they are not racecars.

f22b1 isnt fast from stock and with a slush box doesnt make it any better. in stock form your car runs like 16.7s in the quarter.

single cam vtec is more econo-gas saving oriented and not performace oriented like dohc vtec. dont get me wrong im not clownin cuz i have a 94 ex and i remember the days when i had an auto tranny it sucked pretty bad. then i got i/h/e and that didnt really do shit. i got some some fuel upgrades and ignition upgrades and got a basic nitrous kit blew up my auto tranny and converted to a manual tranny (what a PITA), upgraded some nitrous components and now i have a 5spd f22b1 spraying a wet 75 shot running low 14s maybe high 13s if i could hook up better and increase the shot a tad

cliff note: f22s are slow without forced induction or internal build, autos make them even slower.

check your timing with a timing gun.

Vtec kick in is noticeable. You might have a problem. But you maybe you forgot that an Accord isn't a fast car, stock it doesn't "roar".
