is the intermediate shaft the same in the 93 accord Ex,Lx, and Se? if not what is the stronger of the 3?

 

I don't see why they possibly wouldn't be. It would be asinine for them to make 3 different shafts.

 

The ex,lx,and se are just different trim levels. Unless the motors are different they should all be the same. Honda engineers are pretty clever, i doubt they made 3 different ones too.

only reson that i ask is cause, I have heard storys of people putting these axles in and some are too short. but then others say that they had no problem? but thx for your input.

 

all of them are the same there is not one bit of difference i have a 90 accord and put in 93 of my parts car fit like a charm everything from 4th gens will interchange with each other the only diff is the ex has more hp than the lx,dx

 

if i remember correctly they all have the same OE part #

i did some researching a while back when i did my manual conversion and looked at www.slhondaparts.com and www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and i think from 91-97 they all have the same part #.

i have a 92 halfshaft on my 94 accord, works fine
