hey i have a 98 5 speed lx. well my check engine light was on.. and i just let it go i was going to go to honda and have the car checked out and stuff. but this morning i go to start the car and it starts but it just didnt feel right so i gave it gas and there was hesitation my muffler is shaking alot but when i put it in gear and try to drive i get no power or any thing.. i checked all my spark plug wires i put some fuel injector cleaner in and no diffrence.. also now my check engine light is Flashing? .. any ideas or can any one help!? please any thing .. could it be that i need to change my spark plugs?if so what kind? and the car just about has 80,000 miles .. i checked my oil and its also ok. it kinda feels like im missing a cylinder.. i dunno just need help! thanks guys in advance.

well I had a similiar issue in my 02 accord @ about 21k miles.
I was about to take off from the light and the car started to buck like a crazy horse.
Literally if I gas it to much gas the car would buck and buck but, if i drove slow the car would go. CEL came on and everythin. I took my car to Honda and they couldnt find a problem.....They had the car for two days and could duplicate it.

So I went picked up my car and the problem never happend again. Im thinking it was just dirty fuel I used and clogged the lines or something.

Also I remember one time I had my spark plug cable pop out on me while I was driving in miami Fl, you could definitely feel the power loss with that spark plug not sparking but i remember it not vibrating my muffler or anything.
