Default Clock LCD backlight out!!

Hi, I know this isn't that important but it's annoying. 99 accord lx and my backlight on the clock doesn't work. The clock works but I can't see the time at night. Does anyone know if I have to replace the whole clock. Is this something that I can do myself?? Thanks for any help.

Replace it!! All you have to do it pop a small flathead screwdriver (cover the head in tape so it doesnt scratch) right below the clock, then push up. It'll pop right out. It'll be obvious from there. The bulb costs not very much. Or you can go to your Honda dealer...the first time mine went out they put one in for free for me.

Default Heres What I Think....

Ill Give U The Two Part Numbers:35505-s84-n01 Or 35505-s84-b02. Now These Part #s Are The Bulb Light Bulbs For Ur Clock Light. It Depends If Its A Japanese Or American Made Car Which U Will Be Able To Tell On The Vin. 1 Or 2 = Usa/canada J=japanese. Now Where I Work We Sell Alot Of These Bulbs. And On Occasion We Sell The Clock As It Beign The Problem. But In The Last 2 Months Ive Sold 3 Of Them As That Beign The Prob With Ur Light Not Coming On.
The Clock Part# Depends As Well, But It Starts With 39700-s84-a_ _. The Last 2 Digits Will Be The Deciding Factor.

All you have to do is go to the parts desk at the Honda dealer and ask em for a new clock light bulb.

Can I give you a pointer without getting all offended please? When typing on an internet message board, it is best to either type like I do (which is to say correct grammar, punctuation, spelling 95% of the time) or to use all lower case letters. I'm not being a dick, your posts are hard to read.
