I have an 88 honda accord, have failed nox on georgia emmissions test, replaced catalytic converter, numbers actually got worse, any ideas on how to fis to pass emmissions, they say nox is produced from hot cylinders, can the wrong plugs cause this, haven't checked if they are the wrong ones yet or is the problem a bad egr valve

 

Do a tune up then use one of those "Guaranteed to Pass Emmisons" fluids from pep boys or something.
Or slip the guy doing the inspection a $50 spot.
Works around my way.
