Hey.. today I was washing my car and happened to look under the rear fenders.. I knew there had been a rust problem.. previous owner had spotted it and put a temporary fix... I'm planning on painting it here soon, but as I was looking under the fender, i noticed it was eating away a lot of the metal and.. is... coming close to the point where it will be really visable... hadn't noticed this before... was curious what I could do.. to take off all the rust might cut a little furthur than i'd like to be noticeable.. curious on my options... what started this was the old owner took off the fender guards.. leaving it bare.. and.. basically over time I guess it just rusted...

any help would be great.. thanx
