ok this is probably a really stupid question to ask, but i cant really find any info anywhere. I have a 90 accord coupe, 5 speed. There are 2 cables that come from the firewall, one is a mystery, and it has an adjuster barrel on it.

so anyway i have this cable that looks like it hasnt been adjusted in years, it kinda looks like the clutch cable on my old 89, but i read on the uk honda manual site that the 90 and newer have auto adjusting hydreaulic clutches? The cable doesnt seem to move when i step on the clutch.... and its def not the throttle cable, very confused... The cable is the longer one, it arcs over the engine, and goes into a round thing at the front left of the car, right next to the ps pump.... its got two adjuster barrels on it, ideas?

Reason i ask, Im trying to fix basic neglect (i got the car and found the radiator less than 1/2 full !!!!, no leaks thank goodness! ), so trying to check all the things that could be misadjusted etc.

that cable you're describing would be the cruise control cable. No need to worry about that unless the cruise control is not working.
