Default Tein springs or other?

Alright, I'm getting new performance lowering springs soon... I was told Tein is about the best there is... what do you say? What would the best for less than $200 be?

Accord 97 would be the car they're for... Thanks!

Tein are pretty but Ive seen some on cars and it doest lower it that much. I would go for some neuspeed springs, or ground control coilovers

Neuspeeds... they lower about 3-3.5 on Accords, right? I've heard good about them, but how well do they perform vs. Teins?
