i know everyones heard about them everyone says they are shit. but i know someone who has two of them and he claims they add about 15hp each, and other people say they work too. whats the deal???

i have one in my honda and it doesnt do jack. in the camry is a different story, i heard they work different for certain makes, like the toyotas but not hondas. but in the camr ive noticed maybe 10-20 more miles to the tank and all freeway driving (like traveling) it was up to 30-40 miles to a tank.
im gonna take it out and put it in the camry.
