so is cold tonight and i went to turn on my car i can park it n the garage but it failed to start the first time, the second try it started like nothing. now thats one problem i dont know why it didnt start righ away since i already had driven the car about an hr ealier and this never happen before. and the second problem is, when i started the car i heard a loud noise like one of the belts but only for a second, then i realize when i try to power up any of the 2 window n the driver side i can hear something like the belt again making noise, this time not as loud, all this went away after a couple of mins driving. note i was low in gas light was solid on, i really dont know if this had anything to do with it. i wonder if this has anything to do with the starter. i did a complete tune up 2 yrs ago and few a months ago i did all belts etc...

alternator belt might be either too tight or too loose..
