Ive had the ACT stage 1 in for about 15k miles. I love it, it grabs really hard.

I got a really good deal through DENT Sport Garage

I hear good things about ACT too. EXEDY makes the OEM clutches for Honda so those are pretty good as well.

should I also get a clutch plate? I was looking in the classifieds forum and there was that one company that had discounts on clutchs and clutch plates. also is it true that if i don;t get a clutch plate i need to get my old one re machined? finally, how much should I expect to pay and what is a decent labor fee?
Thanks guys

Just get a clutch kit. It has everything you'll need. I did mine myself, I dont know what good deal would be for labor, sorry.
