Default speed chips

Im thinkin of ordering a performance chip device for my 97 accord. it looks like a little box with two wires coming out of it one green, one red. they look sorta like speaker wires since there is no plug in or out things at the ends of em. anyone know how to install these they are called "speed-seeker" also do they even work????how many hp??

if they have bare wires sticking out some soldering is probably necessary.

Do a search for "chips" in the Accord forum, you'll pull up a ton of good info.

You will not gain any added performance, only a lighter wallet.

You get what you pay for...and from what I've seen, they go for cheap.

lol I saw something like that advertised on a TV show...it was a box with 2 wires coming out of it. They tested it in 2 SUVs and an old Camaro and on average they gained like 60 horsepower on a "dyno"....riiiight
