Default "RUMBLE" noise

I need help, my car rumbles when its on 2000 to 35000 rpm. It always happen on cruising speed. I'm pretty sure it's coming from the exhaust. The other day i looked under my car just to make sure nothing is loose, but everything seems fine to me.

My brother in law told me it's my EGR, exhaust gas and recirculation ( ithink that's what it is)

Did anybody had the same problem with their car? Does anyone know how to fix it? Does anyone know what i'm talking about?

well if its going to 35000 RPM, that might be a small problem... Seriously though, my car does the same thing, but my catalytic converter shield is missing a few welds... what does it sound like exactly??
