going for my first smog test next week... should i clean my K&N air filter (not cleaned in abt 9 months) and replace my spark plugs (35K) first before going for the test?? but i was thinking that more air = more combustion = more pollution right??

 

is your state CA emissions or FED emissions

 

CA... just moved here from IN.... is $40 for testing and $10 more for the cert the regular price for a smog test??
