Default OEM BUMPER Cover VS AFTERMARKET

What's up people !! Here's one for the masses. I am currently trying to replace my front bumper cover on my 94 ACCORD EX Coupe. I can pick up one that is after market for about $50.00 . Junkyards have quoted me 350.00 for the OEM setup that's including the impact beam. Apparently after removing my bumper to install some lights a few weeks ago a buddy of mine told me that the impact beam that is on there is not OEM. He has a sedan and I have a coupe not sure if the beams styrofoam covers are a little different. Anyway here is my dilema I have plans on purchasing a GREDDY lip just want to know if I go with the aftermarket bumper cover. Will I have fitment problems with the lip. I know this lip in particular was designed for installation on a OEM bumper. Well any input would be greatly appreciated. TAke care

always

I have found that OEM fits the best, with aftermarket ones some fit better than others. I recently replaced mine with OEM and im glad I did, it fits perfect with no problems. If you can afford it, stick with OEM.
