Default Removing stains/Disinfecting underbody

I need some tips/ideas for removing blood stains from underneath the car. We had a few days of heavy rain so I haven't paid much attention to the car, but this afternoon I had dropped my keys and when bending down to pick them up, I notice these red spots all over the lower edge of the rear door, and in the rear wheelwell. Then I see this all over the bottom of the sideskirt.I don't remember hitting anything in the road, but somehow I end up with this blood all over the car. I brought it to the car wash and hosed it all down and it had an awful smell. I thought I got rid of it all, but I am still getting a faint odor and the car still has some stains underneath. What should I use to clean up the remaining gunk and get rid of this smell?
