guys,
Im experiencing a lound wobble/clunk noise in my front end at high speeds after i let my foot off the gas pedal, this happens alot when i am going down a big hill or going up a hill at high speeds driving on interstate highways. Ive already replacaed both axles cuz they were broken already. but the noise is still there.??? any ideas? (97accord lx)

coming from the left side mostly, then rite the other times

 

Wheel bearings or ball joints...I forget which one I had to get replaced to fix that problem.

 

Check your radius rod I broke mine and had the same symptoms

 

anyone else? when i hit a big bump or so i also hear the clunkin mulitple times.

 

have you checked the radius rod all the things you are discribing are what I had going on

56 bucks i think from honda brand new

 

what excatly happened when you heard this noise? where is the radius rod located at?

 

The radius rod is between the front cross member and the lower control arm. I can't really remember the sound that I would here but I know everytime I shifted I would here a loud clunk

 

was it hard to change? did u need an alignement?
