Default ATTN: 6th gen coupe owners.......maybe sedans as well

i was wondering if any of you guys/girls have had any rattling issues with your car. it seems that there is some small rattle coming from the passenger side whenever i hit little bumps and cracks in the road. it sounds like some type of plastic piece or mechanism that is making the noise. i haven't really given it a closer look yet, but i thought i would bring it up with you all to see if anyone has had the same problem and may have any suggestion as where to start. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

damn. that could be just about anything over there. pen in the glovebox, loose dash piece, window rattle. that's hard to pin point.

I also have a rattle in my sunroof. I tried tightening the screws in there but still no luck. It seems to stop if I apply pressure to the plastic molding that runs between the headliner and the sunroof opening. If you find out what is the cause of it let me know.

I get a rattle in the sunroof, as well as some of the doorpanels when the stereo is on loud. I dont think anything is loose, but it will rattle when it takes a big enough hit, like driving over bumps in the road.

i have the same problem as well, but it only does it when i hit a good size bump such as a dip in the road or unlevel pavement at high speeds, not little bumps like you. for me, it sounds like it may be coming from the glove compartment? that would be my suggestion. i haven't had the chance to look into this yet. if you figure out the problem, let us know. thanks.

on my 01 accord... i have a rattle behind my glove box area.. i took everything out of the glove box and drove around and the rattle is still there. my passenger side has a little rattle also.. and my seatbelt buckels makes a strange noise ... i just think it is normal for rattles here and there because the car is getting old.
