does anyone own these? i bought a pair and i wanted to change the bulbs before i install the housings because i heard theyre shit. they arent HB4's as marked, theyre some smaller type i think H3's- anyone know for sure?

oh yeah, anyone know what type of LEDs are used for the halos?
