I have the Sport setup on my 5th Gen Accord. From my personal experience I must say I love the setup. Even though I have nothing to compare it to, since this is the first car I ever dropped. Ride quality is awesome not to bouncy not to rough very smooth ride in my opionion.
I have H&R Sport w/ KYB AGX.
From what I hear you will blow your shocks with the H&R Race since they are dropping your car below 2 inches. KYB AGX's are not meant to handle that kind of drop. Get a pair of koni yellows. Just my 2cents Gook luck

I have Eibach Sportlines with the AGXs...the ride is pretty good, but I think my front struts are blown already. I would not say that the roads are terrible here, but they are not as good as they good be. The AGX is definitely not meant to go over a 1.5" drop and last a long time...I wish I had gotten Tokico Illuminas.
