I feel stupid for asking, but I have tried everything to find the problem. I hear the turn signal noise, even when the turn/hazard signals are off. I have checked all signals(Fine), turn signal celenoid(Fine), all fuses(Fine). It is also ticking at a rapid pace. Any sugestions or help would be apperciated.
