Default Norcal owners; question for you...

Maybe this isnt the correct place to post this question, but if it isnt, I'm sure someone will move it.

My question is, I need to get some service done to my car soon and I was wondering where you guys took your cars too. I dont mind just taking my car to my local place but they tend to over charge in my opinion. Maybe you guys know some places? Let me know...

depends on what kind of "service" you need, will give variances to different shops. I try to do my own work, but lately I've been getting lazy and paying people to do it.

By service, I mean I need to have some brake work done shortly, and I'd love to do it myself, but 1. I've never done brakes before and 2. I'm not allowed to where I live (stupid homeowners association!)

So thats the kind of service I'm after right now.

If you know how to do it, I'd say you do the work at say a friend's house, parent's, co-worker's, etc.

Just please don't be like my friends and leave your hazwaste at my house, that's not cool.
