Default 6gen tranny conversion.

Sup pepz,

I want to do a tranny conversion. Now, I have a f23 eng, can it possible to put a 96-97 Lude manual tranny in my f23 block?
I know a H22 block can go in easily with F23 tranny. So in theory is should, no?

thanks

i know the 92-96 trannies and f22 engines bolt right up and vice versa, u'll lose top-end though since lower gear ratio.

I've heard of it being done. Pkspx over at Honduh.com had a h22 or h23 (not sure which) in his 6th gen. He is boosted though, I think he kinda blew it up.

For ease, I'd just do an Accord manual swap.

Sup Eric,

Yeah man, if I can not get the Lude tranny, then I would have go over your house and rip that tranny off from you ride and maybe take your H22 too, while Im there.
Nah seriusly, the reg f23 tranny is my last option. If I cant find a Prelude tranny.
