Hell yeah it will, lol. I put on a DC header in like Feburary and last month my stock cat blew with like 103K miles on it. It never threw a CEL, it just rattled like a MOFO at low speeds, sounded like I had shit exhaust.

lose torque? where? highend or lowend?

The only possible reason I canthink of that causing torque loss is loss of back pressure, and even then I dont think that it would be enough to lose torque numbers, if anything the engine would breath better.

It doesnt really smell all that much different if your car isnt running rich to begin with.. I had one made up when I was getting my piping done, its fun if you like loud.. its uber loud.

magnaflow cats =

I am running one right now, I love it

I can see how you can lose torque lowend in one perspective, but it wouldnt even be noticable imo.. I dont know , id be interested in seeing a dyno of the differences between the two, cat and no cat.

werd, i have like 400 bucks right now (but i need to save 150 for transportation to skool)

so i was deciding on tires for my steelies, change front brakes, finish my tint, remote keyless entry, amber corners/bumper lights or finish my exhaust.

i think im gonna go with exhaust, amber lights and my alarm.
