Default New Clutch or Clutch Adjustment

Symptoms:
clutch appears to slips for 2-3 seconds when accelerating on flat surfaces and slips even greater 4-5 seconds on hilly surfaces.
5-speed 1998 Accord LX @121K miles

Question:
Does my car need clutch adjustment or new clutch?

Thanks

sounds like a new clutch to me.
You adjust the clutch if you feel that the clutch pedal needs to be released a bit further before it actually gets the grip.

not sure if you can adjust the pedal if its a hydraylic clutch. my car needs one as well, when i shift gears, the rpms kinda go up 200, it engages not all the way out but its close. so stage one, resurfaced flywheel and lsd next, w00t.

I've got an '02 and have seen something in my Helms to adjust the clutch pedal. What would this do if adjusting a hydraulic clutch is "useless"?

it just adjusts the pedal travel not the actual clutch. I just changed my clutch yesterday so i have seem more bolts then i wanted too. I see why it cost so damn much to replace it. The actauly taking the clutch off and replace is like 10 mins. Find all the bolts to get it off is the true bitch of it all. Oh if you do change it, replace your rear main seal. mine was kinda of rotting and glad I replaced it.
