Default Please Help!!

My brain is fried and Im calling on you guys to give me some ideas. I just bought a 2000 accord from a dealer the other day. Today I put my radio in (not the first installed) and after it was all said and done I went to leave and noticed that my interior dash lights are out and my tail lights are out (brake lights work). Also on my dash my check engine light is on and my SRS light is on. The first this I checked was the fuse but thats alright so I ripped apart my dash to get the radio harness figuring maybe I made a bad connection and am shorting something out but when I remove the radio from the stock harness I still get nothing. I am at a loss and dont know what it could be?

do you have a multimeter? if so check to see if there is power across the fuse. hat should help narrow it down a bit.

I would think that it could be a bad connection in the harness, fuse (use the multimeter), or bad ground.

Yeah I have a meter Im gonna check it out in the morning. The only reason I have to rule out a bad ground is that I completely removed the radio harness from the stock harness and It was still happening. I wonder if i bumped a wire and am cause it to gound out. I guess Ill have to regroup and go at it in the morning again. Thanks!

it probably is just a bad ground when you removed the wires

well here is an update. I removed everything I did yesterday which wasnt much. And still had the problem. I I have power at the fuse box for the tail lights and dash lights. o I need to trace it from the fuse panel out. DOes anyone have a diagram of the fuse panel? I need to know which wires in which harness goto the tail lights and the instament lights?

yeah, I couldn't believe how it affected it too. Had to replace them, as soon as I did, instant lights.
