96-97 Accord Type R Lip Doesn't Fit Right!?!
ok dudes.... i purchased a atr front lip of ebay for my car and the shit dont fit rite...
first of all the predrilled holes didnt line up, so i had to redrill alot of them and had to drill into my bumber... the lip does not line up with the curve of the bumper, like the picture below, at both ends there is like a centimeter size gap...
(that is not my car)
i was wondering if the 94-95 bumper is different and maybe they send that one instead, even though the sticker on it said 96-97, i dont know if there is a diference... i dont think i install it wrong cuz u cant push it back any further... jus let me know and any comments on what it would be is good help..thanx

well I know when you get body kits or lips, they usually dont fit 100%.
Modifications need to be done to it.
If anything you could probably sand down the parts that line up and even it out that way.

I have the mugen lip for my 94-95 from ebay and it's just like yours, they don't fit perfectly so i have to bend it a little bit just to see half of the pre- drilled holes especially at the very ends, and i did it by myself so it's really not a big major problem or modification, you just need to bend them a little bit.
