Default How to remove bumper?

Hey, I'm trying to remove my bumper to remove my resonator. I know you guys have said it's easy to do, but I'm not really sure where to start. Do I need to jack my car up? Where are the clips located? Do i remove them from the hood or under the bumper? etc. any help is appreciated.

thanks
