When you remove the front turn signals there are 2 bolts that hold hte bumper into the chasis You should be able to see them. Also behind each headlight there is another nut you need to remove. It should be behind the headlight on hte bottom. You will probably need to remove the battery to get to it. I just took off a bumper this weekend on a 93 accord to do diy headlights and install a 5th gen lip the haynes manual sort of helps but not really.
