Probably not as much as you'd expect unless you do catback exhaust.

HEaders will probably give you like 10-15 hp thats with the cat-back system.

I thought Rs R exhausts were discontinued?

it's a "HEADER" fellas...sorry, just a little thing that annoys me. we only have one header, not headers like a v6,v8,etc.. about chikara, those things are complete sh!t. dont waste your money. get DC or GReddy for a header. you wont notice much of a power increase, just better flow and responsiveness. a header with full catback will decrease some of your low end torque.

they still make rsr, just hard to find them...modacar has them listed for 90-93....
i guess i was wrong on the chikara...lol....but def DC are one of the best...might consider getting an intake while you're at it, that if you don't have one already..complete the i/h/e..

how easy is it to install headers?
I want to get headers and install them myself.
Would it bolt right up to my stock cat?
Or do I have to get a bigger sized cat????
Do the bolts match up with the factory cat?

Good thread. I'm looking at a Intake/Exhaust/Header setup after running a dismal 17.7@77.4MPH at the track with my '97 SE (2.2 non vtec, autotragic). I know it'll never be FAST, but at least it can be a little faster then what it is now.

I'd like medium quietness. I don't want to draw too much attention. I'd rather have it quiet then loud, that is.
