Default New Wheels?

Has anyone heard anything about Exel Wheres. I know they are cheap and probably dont hold up well but I am sorta in a situation where I was incolved in a accident and 2 of my wheels were cracked and the other bent.

ALso I have a 96 coupe in Heather Mist (link in sig)
