Default 6th GEN ELECTRICAL QUESTION HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you accidentally connected the negative battery cable to the positive terminal, then accidentally connected the positive cable to the negative terminal, what would happen? would it just blow a fuse before any serious damage would occur? and how would i check it to see if it's only a fuse????

you'll probably fry the battery, and blow fuses. ..and maybe from some wiring too.

oh, ok, so instead of would if, ...it's more like I DID....

lol, anyways, check all your fuses...., check your wiring (under the dash), smell for any burnt wires. And if all is fine, and the battery is OK, then just test everything, lights, signals, brakes, etc..

good luck

Damn, you connected it back and still no power, check your fuses and wires like they said. Hope this doesn't get to expensive. i thought batter cables where color coded so you don't do that?
