-Goto a professional tuner shop and have them dyno tune it. Only way to have accurate settings without any consequences of engine damage. A A/F Ratio gauge might help too (but not necessary)

-a nice suspension setup should be your next mod.

I was under the impression that the vtec controller will not work on 6th gens becuase they dont have a set vtec engagement point. However I think you can use the SAFC for air/fuel adjustment and other adjustments.

This is correct as far as I know. The VAFC will not work on our cars. But the SAFC will.

I remember reading somewhere that the VTEC on 6th gens is variable which means that it doesnt engage at the same point everytime, it depends on rpm and throttle position and some other stuff. Becuase it is variable the VAFC wont work properly. If anyone else knows wether it will work or not please post.

i've had it hooked up before and it would work for a few times then the check engine light would come on and i couldn't go to vtec anymore. i've heard that if i put it in again and get it dyno'd then it will be good to go. but if obd2 is gonna reset it i'll just write down what settings it needs to be at. anyone know for sure if vafc works in the 6th gens?
