Default h22 accord.

Well i just dropped in my jdm h22a in my 6 gen accord. Bought the driver side motor mount from placerracing. just realized i cant use the accord distributer and that i need to buy headers. anyone has any of these laying around? Alot of people rate this swap hard. and the problem with harness, but the truth is that its not that hard at all as long as you have the right tools. The harness isnt hard either if you have the original accord f23a1 engine change as many interchangable parts you can so that you dont have to splice wires and be able to use the obd2 harness . For the little left its pretty simple to change the clips. I will post up pics as soon as i can. For now i need to save to get what i need. to complete it.

Doing the same swap, and appreciate the forum post. Only headers I have are for the f23a, but I assume you are looking for h22a headers. Good luck, and can't wait to see your pics.

ok this is the motormount i bought for 176 bucks, do your self a favor and dont waste your money. they claimed they had the braket when i bought it they didnt send me any braket. and claimed they dotn even know what im speaking about so i was forced to put the stock braket and drill a hole and put a bolt in it.. this is pic is before i drilled the hole.
There it is my car is dirty was doing some body work at the same time.. so have mercy. lol i will take more once its out and cleaned up.. Loong process lots of money .. well see if it was all worth it.

you'll need h22 header AND DOWN PIPE, the accord down pipe is no good anymore.. dont throw it away though youll need it when you take your car to the shop to get the pipes put together again.. Yeah you need to cut off about 3 inches from the pipe cause they dotn line up... f23 and h22 header arent the same.. wont bolt up at all.. i have a extra jdm h22 header. its about 10k miles.. no scratches its like new! i can take pics.. if you want its soo new its hard to belive. let me know if intrested.
